Your best bet for quality will be in the nearby suburbs as Jon stated.

Those changes are not covered in the book but the author does say changes will be posted to a web site as it becomes available. 

This sounds a little fishy to me and I'm betting they need a LOT of repairs and are full of crack dealers.Good Luck,Mike
