I own a residential lot free and clear in a good neighborhood (you can walk to banks, schools.supermarkets, and the beach)but not capital to build income property.

I'm looking for someone, preferably someone already designated a superhost, to manage my single family as an Airbnb in Long Beach.

We have very similar criteria here in the beach areas during the summer, and around retail centers during holidays.

I know there is a meet up in Delray, but does anyone know if there are any North Palm Beach groups that meet near the Palm Beach Gardens or Jupiter area? 

There is a nice 55+ community in Boynton Beach on the intracoastal but you can't rent for the first two years. 

Once I am comfortable with our systems we could expand into other markets if we felt that we could do better at the beach or another vacation hot spot.I am leaning on trying to find a rancher from 1950s that has never been updated. 

Its in Myrtle Beach, SC.  

Prefer water views and walking distance to the beach.

Where the population does want them, and in some places people do such as beach vacation cities, they will flourish.
