I know that this unit will hit the "commercial" loan status due to the number of apartments (which is ridiculous since you can barely rent a parking space in New York for the price of this income property).

I would also use grout release on the face of the tiles before I grouted, then I would wash off the grout release and seal the floor with the 511.

Account Closed Tiny homes are nothing more than modified travel trailers or mobile homes.I looked at these years ago they were called park models at the mobile home manufactorers.these container homes are on their face since they are built with steel much tougher LOL and will last longer etc.the MFR one he is building St.
