Rich Dad Poor Dad, the book along with the cash flow quadrant are great reads for inspiration and mindset.

I was inspired by Brandon Turner's concept of "House-Hacking" and knew that would be a great start for me!

You'd then be forced to issue them a 28 day notice to either: 1) inspire them to sign the renewal, or 2) move out and rent it to someone else.Lease renewals are a great time to make sure your lease provisions are also compliant with various state and/or local laws - so that they're always enforceable if you end up needing to exercise a right under the agreement.

Immerse yourself in the wealth of information and inspiration from the BP community (I like the podcasts) and over time you'll find clarity around your vision and what resonates most with you.

Hands down, it's an amazing training and incredibly inspiring.
