Pace Morby has a chart that he shared in a video, I think by accident actually, that showed his flat rate fee for EMD lending depending on the amount being borrowed. 

If for example my property taxes were 5k, it would be $416 a month plus my mortgage, and I would have it on auto pay. 

And of course I got the long-winded auto attendant telling me to press 1 for this, then press 2 for that, then a sub-menu saying the same thing: press 1 for this, and press 2 for that.

How would the lender process auto debit for the monthly interest payments without the bank information?

@Padam Neopane I tried QB, but it doesn't;t handle multiple properties well and the standard classes or whatever you call them aren't for real estate so I looked at Stessa and Digb (both focused on real estate) and eventually went with Digb because they have more accurate auto-classification of transaction after you link bank accounts so you don't need to do bookkeeping.

I will most likely be obtaining general liability for accidents not pertaining to myself or my sub-contractors' employees.- CPA: get with a CPA BEFORE!

We actually compared his offer to Flanigan (horrible and unprofessional), State Farm, Auto Owners, and another offer from a different agent from Foremost!!!
