I’m curious about alternative/creative strategies to purchase my next property.

I am under a "housing choice voucher" system with single family rentals. 

In theory I would stick to my X60 multiple (of both sides) and if I chose to forego rent on one side in order to live in it then that is my choice.

After that I am cut off and forced to use other sites that aren't as accurate.In conclusion, Whitepages is an effective tool for getting in contact with property owners but I am curious to see if anyone has alternative methods/websites that they use that are more effective and help address my complaints. 

I mean, I want the property to be convenient to my renters...but it doesn't have to fit my commute time.Buying a primary home that does NOT need work will open up so many other choices for me that will fit my personal needs.  

This is my first investment property and just want to make a wise choice, what do you think?

And many Lenders have no choice but to slow their intake of transactions by throttling mortgage rates higher and by reducing the term that they are willing to guarantee a rate lock.

We thought that an alternative would be to rent a townhouse/ apartment for the remainder of the lease but I also have 9 cars (I collect) and with the amount of stuff and family members we have, it would be a giant inconvenience.

IMS is very robust and used by many of the top syndicators. there are less expensive alternatives out there but offer less features.
