There will ultimately have to be some sort of reconciliation with landlords in the end.It’s all over the map and a very individual basis.

The federal government will be strategically deploying financial aid to districts that need it most.

I understand everyone is struggling right now with this new virus, but why isn't the government getting more involved in giving people more aid so bills can be paid on time???? 

Nothing wrong with an unlicensed person doing it, but a licensed individual cant do that.

Discuss timeline, specifics of the sale, any expectations about the process and make sure the agent is clear on what your individual needs are so you're both on the same page.

Problems are extremely rare because they have systems in place for verifying the individuals identity first.

I have a friend who gets 5-6k every year in financial aid on top of his free schooling.Look into possibly changing your state of legal residency once you join the military. 

If you are that individual, my humble advice is to not use a simple spreadsheet as was suggested by others in this forum.
