In my market, my experience has been most of the leads that come from Zillow (and their affiliated sites like HotPads, Trulia, etc.) are "lookie-loos" and tire kickers.  

Have not had a chance to give them a shot yet, but assuming it's just a affiliate deal through the provider, with integration into lease doc storage system each provider already has. 

Do you ask the car dealer how much is for the engine, how much are the seats, and so on?

I've heard investors say after they do a fix-and-flip in a rough neighborhood, they hire off-duty police officers to sit in their patrol cars in uniform in front of the place for a few days to scare away the drug dealers.

Look first for experience, NARPM affiliation and how many properties they personally own and ask a LOT of questions.

I still owe around 30k on it (yes, stupid idea to buy such an expensive truck) But I am going today to go check out what some local dealers eould give me for it.

Check with a local manufactured home dealer that does land home packages-they will know, as will the local building inspector!
