I started listening to podcasts about investments and came across BP podcast and I've been hooked on wanting to learn more about rental property investing.I am still very very green with the real estate lingo and all, but I am taking action and learning every day so when I do buy my first property (I'm thinking of doing house hacking at first) I am prepared.I will be active, and can't wait to learn so much more down the road!

I've been continuing to hustle and am at a tipping point, I'd be crazy not to jump in full time and my old business is also driving me crazy.3 active listings totaling about $550k on the MLS getting showings and offers 1 under contract with buyer clients to close in early June for $160k2 rehabs for clients that I'm helping to manage before sale, both will finish in June with a combined ARV of $400-420kAnd in addition, now I have been in talks with one of those rehab clients to form a 50/50 partnership to flip  and BRRRR houses moving forward, his funding and my hustle/ project management. 
Will F. Short Term Rentals 3-5 units?Outside Management. Is it worth it?

You can look for active wholesalers in the area you are looking to invest, you can be active in social media sites like FB marketplace, craigslist, etc., you can look at forclosures, there is a marketplace on this website with off market listings, the list goes on and on.
