If housing and the CPI were rather similar due to the housing over weight, this type of extreme delta wouldn't exist.  

Most do suck, but when you find the good ones, they are worth their weight in gold.But breaking into a new market always takes time.

The anti-MLM on Reddit is worth its weight in gold, I see the huns are out in full force defending it to the bitter end as they always do.

Every single time they create huge problems such as the subsequent wheat shortages in France even though there was no agricultural problem, scarcity of tvs in Poland, the removal from the market of brokerages available to everyday people in Japan, the reduction of lending on cheap assetts post Dodd Frank.There is 1 solution only to creating more affordable housing......that is building more affordable housing. 

I would also include maybe a bottle of wine or favorite liquor/beer they are into.I originally thought of a rent deduction, but that is not tangible and in my eyes a $100 rent reduction will not do as much as a $50 gift card to a restaurant. 

Generally the more mass between the noise source, the more sound reduction you have.
