It's similar to NE OKC, where you do have government money being poured into there for development, but will take years before it gets better.If you are interested in SW OKC, I would recommend areas underneath 59th St.

I used an FHA and house hacked, but now am stuck paying $252 in PMI every month, and the only way out of that is to refinance into another loan which will cost several thousand in closing costs.I will say the criteria to qualify for these other low down payment programs at banks is stricter than the FHA since they aren't government conforming/guaranteed, but worthwhile to look into nonetheless and see if you qualify so you have added flexibility down the line.

I have done small remodeling projects myself prior to this but this is my first complete gut and renovation of an entire condo so I am looking for advice about how to move forward.I have talked to a few people they say I might need to hire an Architect to draw up plans if I plan to knock down any walls as well as proper permits for the renovation from the local government before anyone can start the work.

People behind in payments think the government is going to bail them out.

You might be confusing it with government backed loans (FHA, VA, USDA).Conventional loan = Fannie/Freddie loans.
