Excellent product and even better support and educational material

Maybe because I posted links to products and they thought I was advertising? 

A good product will sell itself.  

Different companies use different terminology as this is a fairly unknown product.

I plan on going over there tomorrow to visit the property and see what type of condition they are keeping it in, but I was wondering what recommendations you all may have for dealing with this issue, both products that are effective, as well as dealing with the tenants if they are in fact keeping the home in unsanitary conditions.

CPA in Arkansas - If the property is not being used for "the production of income," ie you do not have the property available for rent, it cannot be depreciated.

I have different apps/services I use for all of these, but it would sure be nice to have one software product that would integrate these tasks.

Interestingly, some of the most productive communication happens when we are working at the property and a tenant casually shares something, or asks a question, or states a concern, or gives us a compliment. 

Running a product driven business means you buy low and sell high (WalMart, Costco, HEB, etc.).
