If this is your way to get a NJ address and out of New York City and you're a high income earner, you can factor in saving on NY City income tax. 

If I am not doing repairs myself I prefer calling private contractors as needed as opposed to manufactures Cadillac service warranties or repair policies.

Made me more prepared and I also learned the business which can save you a whole lot of time and money.
