Hi Kathryn,If the remodel was done without a permit then when you go to sell the property it's going to show on the records that it's a 2 BR.

So great cash flow right now.The kitchen does need remodeled, so we would probably put some money into that if we kept it.Now the home according to Zillow is worth around $460k.

The downside is that both houses have been vacant for at least 6 years (and possibly up to 10 years),  and need substantial work (roof, foundation, and potentially to the studs remodeling).
