What software do you use to keep track?

Salmon jump in front of the window, Eagles fight, whales mozy on by, it rains 300 days or so). 

I would do a little research as a large number of them are just venues for guru's and pitchmen to sell their class, software, or mentor-ship, all of which is probably unnecessary for you to get.

I hope the rain leaves me alone. crossing my fingers.

Roofs tend to last a lot longer here because it doesn't snow and barely ever rains, but would you replace it if there doesn't appear to be evidence of leakage on the inspection report?

I just got word from my PM that one of the tenants in the lower units (partially below grade) complains that when it rains, water seeps into his walls.

Typically you would use CRM software(web-based nowadays), youtube is full of videos with examples of how some people use and customize the software.

I'm not sure if this is the one I was thinking of, but I swear there's a software I came across long time ago as alternative to sub metering.

Did you use any specicif software to help calculate this?
