We do accept risks in this business, you know I'm usually providing caution to newbies as the down side is when a deal blows up and several issues pop up, this being one along with other minor infractions taken together, as with any other drugs, can be lethal....LOL

If you want a nice family home in a working class neighborhood, that isn't expensive, they don't go to Century 21 for that national MLS system, they go to the mom and pop brokerages.

Ive thought about taking "ownership", filing paperwork, paying taxes, but that could lead to someone from Citi popping by and saying get out and lose the money spent. 

While snowballing my SL's I will still save cash as well - just to keep myself pyschologically encouraged and be preparted for a possible deal that might pop its head up.

I would think it has more "pop" to the new exterior items.

They are putting offers in 1-2 days after a deal pops up on the MLS.

But I like the idea of pops of excitement.

Things pop up for what ever reason and can make a deal fall through. 

Upon entering the attic space, I found almost 250 recycled 3 liter pop bottles filled with water.  

How it is supposed to work is that you type the @ and the first few letters of the name and it pops up on the bottom to click.
