She has tried calling the water management company saying my trees were causing her toliets to overflow, then tried calling the inspections department trying fabricate i was doing unpermitted work, and today she approached me saying she was filing a police report for harassment if i continued to try to communicate with the owner and property manager about taking the carport down (ironic, i know).

It's why every police department needs cops hat are more like the ones on Chicago PD then Joe Friday.

My lawyer said to call the police if I feel threatened.

Friends had called police, etc and had taken care of the body and the animals... so far, so good.  

@Mitchell Frisby just go forward with the eviction process and inform them that you will do everything within your power to collect on any damages to the property as well as press criminal charges for vandalism if they intentionally destroy your property (unlikely that will go anywhere unless you have solid proof they did it, and can get the police to do anything about it, but they don’t know that).

Don't cause trouble for me, the neighbors, or the police.

In my market, without this notice posted on all four corners of the property, police will not remove/charge any person from the property.3. 

The daughter tried to threaten me with police because her idiot parents misread my email wrong to send the application to...then she tried to change her story when I explained things to her and her excuses with apologies made no sense.

I am not interested in policing that type of activity.
