I think the difference between keeping as LTR, converting to STR/MTR, or selling comes down to what you plan to do with the proceeds and how much time you have to work the STR/MTR.  

You can do a cash out fixed equity line or second home loan towards the down payment of a new investment to keep your current terms intact.

The title company says it would need a satisfactory quiet title action and a couple of other factors that would be part of the QTA.I certainly can't be the first person to attempt to clear a title in New York and would love to get input from someone who has done so.Thanks in advance...

I believe we have covered most of the needs in this post, but I was becoming unsure about an LLC.From a multi-person investment point of view, is an LLC still the best way to go?

Cashed out about half the properties this year, and keeping the other half that are the best performers.

I think it's better for for sale product not rentals personally.

Or, keep renting and put your money in other places to grow.

I am currently seeking equity partners and/or personal loans as viable options.
