Should I send the mortgage company HALF of the payment using my business account and the other half using my personal account?

Hello folksI have a question about a payment claim I received through a law firm representing Hoa, Orlando, Florida , villa's costa del sol A payment that was allegedly not paid in time (actually paid to the management company that collects the funds for the hoa)At the same time, the hoa company was not updated that the payment was made and transferred a demand for collection by a law firm.

I am hoping to negotiate the price down a little but to keep things conservative I estimated a down payment of 20% on the full asking price.

I had around $30K in cash to cover the down payment, closing costs, and any rehab necessary.

I tried booking.com for 48hrs but the first booking was a mess and I do not like their payment and cancellation policies and how they list it.

You can do a simple note for private money with annual interest payments or even monthly interest payments if you want to go to that much trouble.
