I am in a situation where I would like to put more that the maximum for my Roth.

From my research, it seems like a good ARV is 60 - 80k depending on the size and quality of repairs.Shreveport in general is a steady community.

Also lot of insurance companies to give new quote asking for proof of new roof replacement otherwise not giving quote which concerns me as my roofs are very old replaced by previous owner or original roofs. 

But, if I were a financial advisor or capital raiser for hire, would I want to risk my reputation with my investors on you?
