A good contractor could work with you on how to change the floor plan, as the changes are relatively simple (you open up the parlars in the from, delete a kitchen, add and remove some doors.

It is a 3bd, 2ba home with a formal dining room, office, living room, family room, & eat-in kitchen.

If your doing uniform tile and you need an app you might be in trouble... just sayn I would like to input the dimensions and specifications of the kitchen tile layout that I want.

Today I went to the home going to need a lot of work but my father told me around $80,000 that includes plumbing, electrical, kitchen, renovate one bathroom add an additional bath to master suite on second floor, creating an open floor plan, finishing the basement, Vinyl siding for exterior, windows, and extensive landscaping.

If someone gets a $8,000 kitchen, my guys will pay me $800 to $1200 to bring them that business.  

everyday you can open the windows.In one unit I could not get rid of dog smell and was putting down new kitchen floor when I moved refrigerator for the third time and found a big tuff of dog hair, once I took care of that the smell went away.After that we went pet free.
