Hi everyone,I am looking into starting another full rehab on a house from the 1920's and, while I have a few subs that I feel confident with their quality, we are still really early on in building our team and could always use references/help.

I didn't quit my job straight away, mainly because i couldn't afford to, so I started RE and bit by bit closed deals until I'd saved up a years salary and then jumped in full-time. 

For example, a 2BR might get $800-$900 from a market tenant and you have to collect the full amount.

Within 3 weeks we had a full price offer of $75,000 which was accepted.

However, if I do get an offer for full price do I owe my real estate agent the comission anyway? 

Once they get the court date notice I offer the full deposit back which is usually no big loss,  maybe $300 in damages.  

Hello All,I just recently graduated college, and will be starting my first full-time employment opportunity this upcoming July. 

@Rigo V.I agree with @Brian Pulaski, but will add that if the property is a full, down-to-the-studs gut, I'd be more comfortable skipping it.Either way, it's only a few hundred bucks. 

I work full time and this is the very first property I have ever owned.
