Each month, we have tremendous Contractual Obligations and payments to make - Grocery-Bills, Utilities, Mortgages, Plumbers, Electricians, Medical Insurance Premiums, Property-Insurance, Sewer-Water, Oil, Gas, Electricity, Property Taxes, Cable & Internet, Cell-Phone, Income-Taxes...Are we now doing away with our entire system of Contract & Tort Law?

Managing as many units as they do, I trust in them having proper systems in place to make this as seamless and painless (I know, I know...) as possible for all their investors.I am NOT freaking out (yet) about being able to pay the mortgages if rent dries up.

Because of the way politics works, appraisals, and the entire appraisal industry as a result, are exactly as the banks would have them.With this rating system being proposed in this thread, for starters there already is Yelp, and for seconds you would be complaining about a service you did not receive.
