The thing I like about the click fit versus the glue strip is it seems easier to repair if needed.

Recycling or use of recycled materials such as paint or doors.What you see at times are ideas that you have to shape to fit your needs.

I can get a good idea on the market as a whole, but need to find those sub-markets that will be the best fit.  

Just make sure that fits your business model, if it does don't put a $5000 oven in a sec 8 rental.Was the house vacant before purchase?

This was not a cheap endeavor, but it fit with my management business and I can hire my crews with equipment out to other property owners/landlords to help recover my investment.DE can work, but it takes time to work and requires them to come into contact with it to do any good.

So what you get should fit with what that market in general is seeing.

Once you do then you can analyze each property and see if it fits your criteria.

Does $42k per unit fit that average or are you overpaying for the area?
