I guess that goes for a lot of places in the valley but LNG will definitely give the area a nice bump.

I'm very sorry that you're dealing with this.Maybe you could hire some random very large, scary guys to break into the place and be "surprised" to find him there, and then wonder why the guy's face keeps running into their fists.

I did get a detailed inspection report of the property so as soon as the tenants lease is up and they decide to not renew I’ll be sending a crew in to do some upgrades to bring the place more upTo date and bump the rent to market rates.

I'd also agree if you're going to bump the rent a lot and want to keep the tenant I would do some repairs/updates asap so she can see you at least care about her home and aren't a "Greedy landlord".
