I own a SFR on 75th and multi family just north of there in the Arleta rentals... trying to see if people are seeing an upswing in that area and long term prognosis is moving in the right direction.Any insight appreciated!

Echoing everyone else, also be mindful of how that property will then compare to comps.For example, lets say that you have a three bedroom single family with 1.5 baths, and it is 1.8k square footage.

I currently stream for myself and am annoyed how many times I have to relogin to apps and last thing I want to deal with on a Friday or Saturday night our with my family is talking on the phone a non-technical guests how to relogin to an app.
