Hey my rehab may have been a little more than I expected to bite off..BUT...after 2 months of following the strict letter of CT LL-tenant law, I had my first eviction hearing today, and my tenants are now on their FINAL 5 day stay of execution.

Now I am VERY clear of my expectations upfront.

I live in the west and this entire area has seen much building over the last several years, and I think is generally expected to continue, perhaps with a bit of a slowdown for a while.I am seeing more houses on the local MLS.

Also, what are some fees I can expect to incur (other than fees for the pre-licensing class, the exam, and the license and CEUs)?
