The I275 Hwy. received the 25 year Development Money from the Feds to turn that into 12 lane highways.

I personally do my owen  management so I can't recommend anyone.

Once stabilized, I then concentrated on the operation and created my own management and maintenance team to free up my time.

If you consider out-of-state investing, I recommend reading “Long-Distance Real Estate Investing: How to Buy, Rehab, and Manage Out-of-State Rental Properties” - I found it to be very helpful when I got started investing 2.5 years ago.

There are pros and cons to self-management.

But I would say it really comes down to management. 

I still manage my own properties myself today and have a decent structure in place for that.
