While some neighborhoods are better than others, there is no bad area to flip around there.With Highland Park, Echo Park, Silver Lake, and most of the cities directly surrounding downtown becoming overpriced and gentrified, East LA on out is becoming more and more desirable.

Can anyone recommend an investment group which focuses on Mobile Home Parks?

Develop a plan of where you'd like them to park and then implement it piecemeal as each tenant moves out...sorta playing tetris with the parking spots.
