I've recently hear of a well respected man from greater Boston area who gets private money as the DOWN PAYMENT for a property he really likes , and have the bank - loan the rest. stating, that is how he finances 100% of deals. what is the public opinion here......can anyone shed some light...

Not sure where you are going with your question....Well, not exactly.....when you first come to the US, you have no social security, no credit history, no transportation, perhaps no job, etc.So, while I believe most refugees (and immigrants in general) will be highly motivated, the process the landlord uses to "qualify" them may need to be slightly different.

This one is an elderly guy who relocated to San Jose from Boston and helped his four kids by buying them cars, paying for their schools and down payments for their homes (one of which was foreclosed)- all from repeated cash out refi's on his own home.

The closest beach is a 5 minute drive and there are several beaches within a 15 minute driving radius.To this point, I've only evaluated/invested in multi family properties in the Boston area.
