I find folks like to talk about themselves in general so asking some basic questions that require more than a "yes or no" response opens the conversation and those thoughtful few questions get the ball rolling.

Any advice on how to attract more eye balls.

You need to sit down and look at your Financial Statement and see what makes sense to leverage then reach out to the appropriate professional to get the ball rolling.

rentometer was good for ball park numbers at best. 

If I buy at auction for cash I get the ball rolling on a loan as soon as the deed comes in, usually a week or two.
