Off street parking and backyard.

Assuming an ADU, but would love to hear :)Adding multiple ADUs in the backyard and want to get access to the main street from the backyard to allow access from there, so new tenants do not have to use the front entrance/yard and front street parking and more importantly so they can park there as there are plenty of available street parking on that main street.

Every room on the second floor could be painted and the backyard need some trash removal.

Rent range - What the segment is willing and able to pay.Configuration - Two bedrooms, three-car garage, large back yard, single-story, two stories?

Also, since it says there is a fenced backyard, maybe a picture of that. 

Or in my case, buying existing buildings, then developing the backyard in some way (ADU or Townhouses).

I am not sure I would go that route only because there is also the possibility that you could be denied, have to go for variances or even have the NIMBY (Not In My Back Yard) crew come out at the town meetings.

Some of the improvements include:Replacing the existing carpet with LVP (They had animals and there is a distinct odor)Replacing the acoustic drop ceilings (They painted the existing drop ceiling black)Removing a sliding glass door and replacing it with a french door for rental entranceReplacing the existing fluorescent lighting with can lightingReplacing painted wood panel with drywall, finishing, and painting said drywallMoving walls around to block off some areas and to make some areas biggerAdding a kitchen, which include cabinets, sink, range, and maybe a dishwasherCreate a path leading from my driveway around the backyard to the basement entrance.My space is about 1200 SF and I mentally prepared to spend about 15K to redo the basement to an acceptable quality level.

We have owned thousands of units across the country and it never works out nearly as good as the ones in our own backyard.
