So far i've done the TAT (Trans American Trail) on my adventure bike along with purchasing a Winnebago Revel 4x4 and going to the eastern most point in the US next up up is 2 months on snowboarding in New England and CO. working my way up to doing a around the world adventure bike ride after riding to the Dalton highway to Peru, climbing all the 14'ers in CO, continue drifting in middle TN at local and regional grassroots events.

Both cash.Miami is a unique ecosystem as it’s fed by cash from around the world and cash that for the most part needs to be extracted and laundered in American assets so what’s happening here doesn’t make sense on 99% of the deals as foreign investors have no problem overpaying.

A broker is free to tac on as much as they want in points and they can even add their own fees.If you look at it from a broker's POV, who have the stigma in society of being that sleazy used car salesman, if they make 2 points on every deal and they slap on a 595 Admin fee too than they'll be getting 3k - 4k in commission for every deal, at that point once you can always do 5 deals in a month, that's good money and you don't need a huge client base to do it.
