Hi All,I'm looking for some new financing on my rentals, ideally a local bank/credit union that understands investing.

Have the conversation with an officer at each bank or credit union you go to, pull up a copy of your own report to show them, and discuss parameters before having them process the application. 

I rented a room in union city, home was worth about 1m-1.2m, just your standard home, nothing crazy, no pool, no yard, etc. 

Some credit unions like penfed can do up to 90%LTV.

I filed bankruptcy in 2016 and according to my local credit union, I will have to wait for two more yrs to 1) Refinance my current investment property.

Thinking of moving forward with them after I have spoken to two different local banks and credit unions.

I am and have been a member of a large national "Big Box" bank and am in the search for a small credit union.

If you can't refi out of it....then reach out to  Navy Federal Credit Union and get a loan through them for zero down and no PMI.

If you google community banks/credit unions closer to the park (within 20-30 miles radius) and call their commercial mortgage/lending folks, you may be able to find someone. 

Some small local community banks or credit unions may do it.D.
