@Victor Tobon Too bad you are leaving the wonderful city of San Diego but good for you for taking action with the boot camp. 

In MA all you typically hear about is MFH which is like you said scarce in some areas, we definitely have a surplus here so it makes sense to hear more about them and the benefits.

A lot will depend on how strict your definition of “interest” is.  

I went through the setup process meticulously like 5 times, and it says everything is fine, support thinks everything is fine, but I don't get any booking.com messages in Hospitable, nor do the automated messages get sent out.It seems like quite the hack/workaround they have set up with booking.com so I'm wondering if it really works reliably at all.

Drowning in "information" without actionable insight is definitely a risk. 

Bay area, getting your first property is hard, but if you do not need cash flow and wait for equity for long enough it may do wonders.

Wondering if its worth it, as I know the development process and have good civil, architect and GC contacts.   

It definitely gave me motivation to start taking more action, learn all that I can, and embrace my failures.
