I would suggest you to ask them more questions on how they handle situations or issues, and choose one that you feel comfortable with.

I think if I were you I would look into finding a dedicated cleaner that will always handle your properties.  

They will also handle all returns, all complaints, all chargebacks and if your store gets shut down work to get the store back up.Requirements beyond the up front fee is good credit and the ability to get about $25,000 to $50,000 in credit cards to buy product and to keep the credit cards paid so you can continue to buy products.This is all totally new and not really sure how to do my homework.They  - the groups and their testimonials from customers they have build stores for show sales of anywhere from 25,000 to $100,000 after about 6 months of building credibility on the online platform and with the credit card companies. 

Does anyone have a recommendation for a plumber to handle a hot water heater replacement in the Raleigh area? 

That's a seperate issue that's going to be handled eventually but the big issue is I suspect that an occupant in one of the units is dumping large objects next to and inside the dumpster (ie doors, mattresses, an elliptical....) that I then have to move out and pay to send to the dump.

They tell me I'll have to pay myself a salary if it's an S Corp.Does this sound like the right way to handle the situation?

If one of the agents has more experience in the rental market, has more carriers, can handle commericial Insurance (ie for larger properties), etc. 

How would you handle this situation?
