I’d get new cabinets, tops, and appliances.At my store, I would figure maybe $2,000-5,000 for new cabinets depending on what you do, $1,500-3,000 for stone tops, and $2,000 for a stainless appliance package.

I am in the middle of negotiating with the seller for an abandoned building s in Philly area , the building has 3 floors ,there are 3 stores on the1st , 2nd and 3rd used for bakery and day care place , 2nd /3rd will need a looot work to bring back to apartment building that’s my exit strategy , will keep keep exterior brick and rehab inside the building .
