I watched one guy buy a second on a home that the first was going 30 days later..

Only reason left despite the taxes and fees either way would be great corporate judicial system and asset protection in those states, like no juries, etc.....I've thought about it and since there is no tax here and my fees are low too, I'll just watch my Ps and Qs and stay domestic.

Hi all,I enjoyed watching this video so much I thought I would forward this video and article concerning mobile homes and parks to our BP community.

The market has tightened, but you can still find good deals if you watch the market closely and act quickly as they arise.  

I've watched so many people ramble to a judge just rebuttling tenants complaints, thus they are admitting or confirming the tenants claims.

Call me crazy but from watching this forum every day I really do think there are some people that are subconsciously looking for an excuse NOT to buy.

Very unfair, I don't appreciate a novice telling me to grow a pair and hope the bigger pockets monitor is watching this person.

No they see us as sitting back, watching television with a beer, and smiling as we collect the dough.
