I have a few friends investing there, you can buy there for between $20,000-$55,000, rents are between $875-$1,100, it's a b- c+ neighborhood, but still a pretty nice return worth checking out.Good luck

RE Prices have gone up 10-15% in the last 12-18mos, but rents have gone up 15-20%) You are not going to make or lose a lot of money, but your RE knowledge will go from a D to a B-.The best time to buy in Utah Co. is during the Fall and Winter.

The common terminology and approach in the industry for partials is to define schedules A, B, and C:Schedule A: Borrowers Schedule - The total remaining payments on the note at the notes rate.
