How’s the Washington market?

I recently relocated to Washington DC from Montclair NJ where I was house hacking a 2-family.

I went back to the seller and offered 275k cash w/a 30 day study period, no other contingencies, he countered at 290k and I accepted.

How about teaming up w/ a local investor to see if you can shadow him/her and help them make money. 

I’m in WA.

However, in my state (WA), and in most State's, County recorder's primarily check documents for proper form.   

I am a new investor looking forward to buy my first deal ,I live in the Washington DC area which the prices of property are a little high ,but I am looking forward to buy something in Norfolk VA ,please I will appreciate any advice and help from investors in this area and investors not from this area THANKS FAMILY

@Harpreet SinghAs suggested use the Bp accountant if not if you want someone you can visit check with your Ira custodian/administrator for one in your area. 

They bugged out of WA state.

It works in most markets but not so much in CA or WA.
