If you are a veteran and you have your VA Guarantee, you can usually get into your property (up to 4 unit multIfamily) with no money down.

One is a veteran, the other is a college drop-out.They now have 76 doors paying them rent every month with more on the way.

If you're a Veteran,  be pretty hard to beat Navy Mutal...

@Roger Hefner  I tell fellow Veteran friends to look into becoming a landlord to supplement their income.

But jobs like that ONLY hire veteran drivers.

Hey all, I'm a 29 year old in SoCal, I have $1,500 in the bank, $12,000 in a retirement account, a salary job where I make 90k/yr, Veteran, and extremely eager to succeed. 

Our plan is to either move to Texas or Georgia in a year and purchase a 4-Plex with one of our VA Home Loan Entitlements since we're both Veterans and plan to live in one unit while we rent out the other three having our tenants pay our mortgage off for us.
