(The water was in their name, and they paid it, I have no idea how much it was.)Teach your tenant, and this may be something to mention to people during your move in talk -- you are responsible for utilities -- our toilet is in good operating condition, but be aware of this common problem with toilets (or any others) so it doesn't become a problem during your tenancy and cost you money.
