Last thing you want is to be infront of someone who could jump start your career and blow it because you don't know things you should.

For the past year I have been kicking it in high gear in my personal finances by building up my credit in order to get conventional loans on my upcoming investment properties.

My wife and I both work full time but I would like to eventually cut back to work on changing my career.

Not when peoples livelihoods and careers are at stake.

I started my real estate investing career in Jan. 2012.

These are just some of the questions I have and would really like to talk more with someone who has experience and can help me.My goals are to become a real estate investor and make a career out of this.

I wouldn't be where I am today if it weren't for him but if I had leveraged to the hilt in 2009 and 2010, I think I would be done and able to leave my W2 career.
