BRRRR definitely meets both criteria, however since you aren't local to the US it maybe a small challenge to find that managing the remotely is a pain.

Having a bunch of expensive appliances sitting in a construction zone for 6 months will pretty much guarantee damage, will be using up time on the warranty while they sit there collecting construction dust, will annoy your contractors who have to move them and work around them, and is just generally a pain.
