Then the transition back to the daily grind in the fall is hard.

There was just a study I was reading about millennials moving in and population increasing, compared to the flat demographic transitions of other rust belt cities.

My questions are:for realtors that previously worked in sales or a W2 job, how was the transition for you when becoming a full-time agent? 

As part of this transition we plan to buy a multi family property to house hack, living in one unit.

I truly want to transition myself into an expert in real estate, make videos on YouTube, and ultimately start helping someone who is in the same predicament I am in.  

It's definitely an area in transition, but I believe there is money to be made.
