The house was also 45 mins away in traffic, so constant back and forth travel wouldn’t work for me.

@Beau Pearson I have used Zillow Rental manager, Cozy, and Avail.coPersonally i would say I receive the most tenant traffic through Zillow but prefer Avail for contract and payment management.

The 1hr 30mins commute with no traffic had a lot to do with that, but now that people are working from home and office leases aren’t being renewed some may stay.

. :) With no traffic, it's 30 minutes to Toronto. 

There is a lot of foot traffic in the area with all the bus stops nearby, but all in all I loved living there and love the neighborhood and would gladly buy there again.

Many of the boom markets like Phoenix have also major infrastructure issues - roads are just not wide enough to handle that additional traffic, to name just one example.

If you are going to sell something would you sell it in the centralized marketplace (MLS) or some stall miles from everyone else with no traffic (FSBO). 

Any advice on a couple things would be greatly appreciated.Pre-screening:So the property is a 40 minute drive with no traffic, and much longer if it's rush hour traffic.  

Besides the free way (which it's the beginning of it so it's not like crazy traffic), its in an amazing location.
