Drywall, paint, toilet, sink, bathtub, windows, etc. 

I've already had a few tenants try to claim that there was mold when they moved in, and I've had to point them to the mold addendum which they signed, agreeing there wasn't mold and any mold that occurs is the fault of the tenant.Also, "Only human effluent shall be put down toilets, no personal hygiene products.

Thanka for the replay.i beleive jist obtain the permits in the beach area takes 2 months lookkng at labor of abojt month and a half.defenitly okd piping in here the reason for the leak is through roof and later faulty toilet 

There's actually nothing we could possibly not do in this particular bathroom anyway, with the possible exception of a new toilet that was installed. 

I'm leaning towards doing some vinyl plank flooring through the units, kitchen cabinets and new tub and toilet.

That way, it is less likely for someone's food to get stolen, AND when a roommate moves out, we can just sweep their whole shelf into the trash.Also, we provide all shared supplies (toilet paper for shared bathrooms, dish soap, trash bags, etc).

Due to clogged toilet, I hired a plumber who helped another house before.
