The house was in good shape, other than replacing the fence, landscaping, a few metal bars in the closets that need to be replaced, and fixing the brick steps.

I am starting my first "Yellow Letter" campaign in a couple weeks and I would like to get your opinion on my YL content and any other helpful tips.

If there is one tip that rings out from the podcasts on what separates successfully investors is persistence so we are ready for failure and of course ultimately, success.
