If they have overstayed the visitor period, or disallowed, send a notice to cure per local law.That is a lot of extra wear and tear on your unit, as well as any utilities you are responsible for.

This is about a 100 pad park that seams to only have around 10-15 tenants.My first thought on this realization was, "this is a huge value add" then the numbers stated to add up in my head on costs of tear outs, remodels, marketing, utilities, and all of the other costs of in-fill.

Auto-thermostats adjust the temp so your AC isn’t constantly running in between guests, your floor isnt getting constant wear and tear, people hardly ever use the appliances, I think it will be pretty easy to show down the road that the little bit of extra work it takes to get a property staged and up and running is more than worth it.
