I love supporting small businesses, trying new restaurants/cafes and just overall a curious and proactive person. 

Wa state has the cheapest power in the country and it works out great, our properties can support the load.

I'm sure you'll find it to be a wonderful support system.

That said, I've supported clients who haven't hit that gross amount as they simply don't enjoy bookkeeping, are bad at it, or have too many properties to handle (sometime "too many" can be 1 or two properties).

Cheap is a poor lead in to a flip question . . . . the question should have been "How can I find properties that support a "buy-&-flip" approach. 

They cost me 5k over the summer by locking my account for no reason and no matter how many times i escalated the case, Airbnb had zero answers and randomly closed my support ticket.
